Denver, Colorado - March 14, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —
Often people wonder what to look for in a contractor. There are just so many out there and narrowing them down can be a difficult task. One of the most important factors is finding a company with knowledgeable technicians that have taken the time to master their trade. One organization is helping homeowners with this endeavor. NATE or North American Technician Excellence is the new standard for Heating and Air Conditioning technicians to prove their knowledge and readiness to address any concern you may have in your home pertaining to your HVAC system. Technicians are required to not only pass a core competency exam but also a specialized field in order to obtain their revered NATE certification.
At Summit Heating and Air Conditioning, all technicians are required to become NATE certified within 6 months of date of hire. They believe in this certification so much that they provide all the necessary tools and training for their technicians to prove that they are among the elite in the industry. Once a technician has the required certifications, they don’t rest on our laurels, but instead, double down and provide continued training every single week of the year. They believe in putting the best men in your home to fix the problem right the first time.
Summit has helped a number of technicians recently achieve greatness through these NATE certifications with this specialized training. Many of these technicians have been in the industry for substantial amounts of time and have never had a company take a personal interest in their success.
